In the city of Cape Town, South Africa, some international business tycoons talk about the fact that they think the deceased KGB officer was in possession of a nuclear suitcase hidden away somewhere. Meanwhile in the Russian city of Moscow, the audience finds out about an Indian secret agent. He is killed because he was trying to send a message to his allies in India.

The head the Indian company, RAW, receives the message but it is not in its entirety. The entire message was three numbers, and those three numbers are 242. This is when agent Vinod makes his entrance onto the scene. He is known for his personality, and that's kick the door in now but find out what's behind it afterwards.

He puts himself in danger a lot, but he always gets the leads he is looking for. The agent gets sent to Russia to find out why his colleague was murdered. Vinod ends up meeting Dr. Ruby and an elderly Mafiosi. Vinoid thinks Dr. Ruby is beautiful and mysterious.
