Roland Jupiter 80 Vst
Hi, Nice to see this Roland forum! The last keyboard I owned was a RD300. I sold it (should not) to get a more versatile live instrument (I cant find). I am looking at: - Clavia Nord Stage 2 - Laptop + Controler keyboard + software solutions like Omnisphere, Komplete, Pianoteq. 2raumwohnung Midi Files.
- Korg Kronos - Roland Jupiter 80 Kronos: - The interface seems bad to me: they used standard OS widgets and fonts which are too small for a touch screen. - It is not available, the price is unknown, may be more than 3000 € for the 73 keys. - Build quality does not inspire me at all. - My laptop starts faster: you wait 2 mn when you swith on (boot) the Kronos before U can play Clavia Nord Stage 2: - I do not use the organ section - the sample playpack module has no velocity layers (sounds flat) - disapointed when tested the synth section in general (sounds flat, needs more layers. Effects.) - have tried nearly every options in about 8 hours on it (2 half days): nothing more?
