I use an iPad. I have an app from Adobe that works with PDFs. I have never had trouble being able to select this Adobe app when I attempt to read a PDF from email. But, recently I tried to view a PDF online at a trusted website. I was only able to see one page of it and sometimes not that much and I was not given the option to save it in my Adobe app or iBooks. I tried to use Chrome instead of Safari and it was the same.
