Hi Autodesk community, I'm a game animation student trying to use 3DS Max 2015 at home. Whenever I download 3DS Max 2015, I keep on getting, 'The serial number you entered is not valid. I noticed that it never ends up in my account management. So, I tried downloading the 2014 version and it worked. The wierd thing is. It's the same serial number that I keep on getting emailed when I download the 2015 version. I really need the 2015 version for my school by Monday, April 6th.

I tried to get help from the online chat with the autodesk store and they gave me a phone number to the 'Activation Department for assistance'. I called and was told to find the autodesk forum and try to get my problem fixed by a representative at the forum because the activation department wasn't allowed to help sutdents or something like that (he had a REALLY think accent.)
